1. really make sure your hosting server supports php56, as this is a pretty old PHP version.
2. download the source code
3. extract the source code to the hosting server
4. get the .sql file to import to mysql via phpmyadmin on your server
5. configure settings connection to mysql database at: incfiles/config/Database with file manager on your hosting
